ERS enables you to increase customer retention and maximise the profitability of each customer relationship. Retention and Renewal processes are based on your chosen configuration of ERS.

Contracts that reach the end of an initial contracted period and where a loss has not been received are automatically transferred by ERS to new contracts based on your out of contract tariff rates.

Where renewal quotes are required, the contract details and historic consumption data form the supply period is automatically available to the user via Quote Lab.

Renewal quotes can be produced by your renewals/sales team without the need for any data entry. Once the renewal quote has been accepted by your customer ERS takes care of the renewal process:

Ending the initial contract
Producing the final bill
Setting up the renewal contract
