User training

EDW's Solution Delivery team is responsible for delivering train the trainer workshops - teaching your designated training personnel how to use and optimise ERS for your implementation of the ERS software.

On-going training support is provided by our Service Delivery team via the ERS Help Desk and during frequent customer on-site visits.

Training can be delivered on-site or from our training suite situated in our Milton Keynes head office.
